The wish of Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha to work alongside one another has come true.
Ranveer Singh and Sonakshi Sinha have been cast together in Vikramaditya Motwane's, the ‘Udaan’ fame director, quirky unconventional love story.
It comes as a shock that Sonakshi Sinha could manage to sign yet another movie as the actress is so clogged up that recently she was contemplating on walking out of Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Son of Sardar’.
“Sonakshi just couldn't seem to fit all of it in. She was on the verge of opting out of 'Son Of Sardar'. But somehow managed to squeeze it in. After Sonakshi completes 'Joker' with Akshay Kumar, she goes straight into Sajid Nadiadwala's film with Shahid Kapoor, followed by 'Son Of Sardar', 'Dabangg 2' and Sajid Naidawala's 'Kick'," said the source to a daily.
But the fact that Sonakshi Sinha has been wanting to work alongside Ranveer Singh has worked in favor of the film.
"Sonakshi was keen to work with Ranveer for a year now, and so was he. And besides which actress would want to say no to the director of 'Udaan'?" added the source.
The film will be produced by Motwane, Anurag Kashyap, ‘Ghajini’ producer Madhu Mantena and UTV executive Vikas Behl under Phantom banner.
